Perse is the first company opening the Iranian transit route for CIS cotton, from Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Uzbakistan, since 1995.
The 10 hectares PTB private Cotton Terminal built in 1997, in Shahid Rajaee Port Complex, Bandar Abbas, is linked to the national railway network.
The 100'000 sqm terminal accommodates two hangars with 12'000 sqm area and a 450m long concrete rail/truck platform capable of handling 30 wagons in each working shift and a daily capacity of 3'500 tons cargo.
Safety, accuracy, speed and customer responsiveness are the key factors in running this operation, utilizing modern equipment and technology has helped cotton traffic to reach 100'000 tons annually and have put Bandar Abbas as the largest cotton port in the region on the map.
